Sometimes on mid- of 2011 we had a guest, he is a whiteman, maybe he's in late 50's, he told me that he's a pensioner having a tour in the philippines,he said that, here i can eat at a very low budget,.and then one morning, he approached me for his breakfast, he noticed that we're eating sweet & sour fish with rice, after a while, in a serious spoken, he warned us not to eat too much rice because it contain high carbohydrate.We didn't made a single comment, but he ordered 2 hamburger 1 liter softdrinks 1 calamari & 1 big crab in cocomilk,all we gonna did was looked each other, maybe he didn't knew how many calories and carbohydrate he pumped onto his stomach,and after eating all of those horrible calorie/carbohydrate loaded recipe, i thought that he was going to beach to swim,but instead he fall asleep.keep in mind . Customer is always right.HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.....2012

If you're living in the philippines for a long time, you will noticed that we filipinos are very excited when there is a coming election. The reason why? because it means that money also is coming before the day of election. Filipinos has a unique technique how to win, The new trend now is' free electric connection' sponsored by running candidate.What do you think of that, I'm sure you'll agree with me, that is a new version of vote buying. This kind of candidate  is like making business investment, If they win, you know the next agenda, Praise the lord..... when would you crucify them in front of innocent elector, another way is giving away cellfone....Yes! shout the young ones.sure they will vote with free ride going to precinct back & fort. Not so long ago free vacation to beaches  for 2 to 3 days to avoid election day.in favor of the sponsoring party not to vote their preferred candidate.
